Integrations & Implementation Planning

Connect the right systems with a defined scope.

Plan your rollout with us. This page describes the product roadmap. Confirm current module availability, implementation scope and pricing with our team.
THE BUSINESS CONTEXT

The business model lists future integrations across accounting, tax, messaging, payments, identification and logistics. This page describes what to discuss when planning those connections. It does not claim that every listed provider has a released connector or that third-party fees are included.

HOW THE WORK CONNECTS

Understand the scope.

01 /

Identify the system of record

For each data type, agree which system owns the value and where it should be used. Products, customers, prices, invoices and payment references may have different owners. Clear ownership reduces conflicting changes and duplicate records.

02 /

Define what the connection must do

The roadmap names Tally, GST, e-invoice and e-way bill services, WhatsApp Business, SMS, email, payment gateways, UPI, barcode, shipping, transport, maps and banking APIs. Confirm the exact provider, version, records and direction of data flow for your requirement.

03 /

Plan validation and support

Agree how successful and failed transfers will be reviewed, who resolves exceptions and how users reconcile records. A connection needs an operational owner as well as a technical setup.

A practical integration example

If an invoice is transferred to an accounting system, both teams need to know which identifier connects the records and how a correction is handled. A technically successful transfer is not enough if users cannot reconcile it with the source transaction.

What to bring to a scoping discussion

Provide the systems and versions you use, a sample of the records involved, required frequency and business rules for corrections. Discuss access through the appropriate secure setup process. Do not share passwords or API secrets in a public website enquiry.

Are all these integrations included in the current price?

No such inclusion is established by the model. Confirm released support, implementation effort, provider subscriptions, usage charges and ongoing responsibilities in the commercial proposal.

Can integration work start before the core workflow is agreed?

It is usually more useful to define the required business record and handover first. Otherwise the connection may faithfully copy an incomplete or inconsistent process. Ask the team to scope the workflow and integration together.

A connected workflow

Define requirement → Confirm availability → Map records → Test examples → Approve rollout → Review exceptions
